At the gracious invitation of the Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore to Bangladesh, His Excellency Dr. Rahimi Jahanabadi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Bangladesh, accompanied by his esteemed spouse, attended the 61st National Day reception of Singapore on September 21, 2026.
The auspicious event was hosted at the Sheraton Dhaka, drawing a distinguished gathering of foreign diplomats and senior officials of the Government of Bangladesh. The Honorable Minister of Road Transport and Bridges and Minister of Shipping of Bangladesh also graced the occasion as the Guest of Honor and keynote speaker.
